If we had cancelled they would have charged us anyway but they saw nothing wrong in cancelling our booking. We had been travelling since 430am so had no wifi but even still you cannot let someone know this on the day of their arrival. We arrived at the place after a long day of travelling to be told they did not have our room and had emailed us THAT morning to tell us this. We booked through a week before, booking one of the apartments.

Initially my booking was for 4 nights but after arriving at the hotel I wanted to change it for 3 nights, owners accepted my request and did not charge any fine.
